📦 JLD Publishing Return & Exchange Policy

(This policy covers the So Amazing! Black Culture, Reflections by JLD, JLD Greeting Cards and JLD Publishing, Inc. brands)

We value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we’ve tailored our return policy to protect both our customers and our small business. Please read carefully before placing an order.

📚 Word Search Books & Journals

All word search books and journals are final sale and non-refundable. These are single-use items, and once opened or used, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Exceptions:
 If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement.

💌 Greeting Cards

Our greeting cards are final sale due to their nature as single-use, personalized, or occasion-specific items.

Exceptions:
 If you receive the wrong card or your order arrives damaged (e.g., bent, misprinted, or smudged), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will replace it at no charge.

🖼️ Art Prints (Canvas & Photo Prints)

Each art piece is custom printed on demand and created specifically for your order. Therefore, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
 If your art arrives with damage (from shipping or production defects), please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges:
 We do not accept returns or exchanges based on size preferences. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure which size works best, contact us before purchase—we're happy to help you visualize it.

Pro Tip:
 Use painter’s tape to outline the artwork dimensions on your wall to get a sense of how each size will look in your space before ordering.

  • To be eligible for any replacement, you must report issues within 14 days of delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect shipping addresses, or size misunderstandings.

  • If you received the wrong item, we will correct it immediately at no cost to you.
